  We ate at Spinnakers (first time) for Valentine's Day. Both the service and food were great! Try the ice cream sandwich with ice cream float...amazing. My wife and daughter were both given a rose on the way out. The hostess is genuinely accommodating and friendly.

  Food and Service were outstanding, Decor and Ambiance could use a little improvement. I recently enjoyed an excellent night out with my wife at Spinnakers and was pleasantly surprised by the creativity of the menu, the quality and presentation of the dishes, and the service. Dan was our server, and we couldn't have been happier with his friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism.
  
  We sampled a few of the small plates, the grilled octopus over tahini, crab and avocado salad, and the beet salad with goat cheese. All three were exquisite - sweet lump crab, healthy portion of avocado, octopus grilled perfectly, and a variety of beets with tasty goat cheese and micro greens.
  
  The live music at the bar was enjoyable, however the drink selection was a bit lacking. Few choices for an after dinner drink. I hope the culinary prowess leads to success for this great new addition to the Oyster Bay restaurant scene, and the small improvements can be done to really let it shine!
